Associate DVM
The Southside Veterinary Clinic has been in business since June of 1982 serving Bixby, Broken Arrow, Glenpool, Haskell, Jenks, Mounds, and the surrounding communities. The professional staff at Southside Veterinary Clinic is committed to providing our patients with the very best medical care possible. Our staff is all cross-trained and enjoys working as a functioning unit. We focus on promoting a pet’s health so that it may live a long and healthy life.
Our hours are 8:00am- 5:30pm. We encourage veterinarians of all experience levels to apply as our current doctors are both eager to teach and learn from recent graduates. Veterinary Technician
Our practice is excited to add another Veterinary Technician to our team! We are looking for an individual who is good at communicating, organization, and multi-tasking and who is ready to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate would have at least 1-2 years’ previous experience in veterinary medicine.
Hours of operation: Mon – Fri 8a-5:30p & Sat 8a-12p
- Able to perform basic animal handling and restraint
- Be able to position for radiographs accurately
- Assist veterinarians in the practice of veterinary medicine and surgery
- Perform in-hospital lab testing and prepare specimens for outside labs
- Assist veterinarians in outpatient exams by taking histories, vital signs, and weights, as well as providing client education
- Collect and prepare diagnostic samples
- Anesthesia monitoring
- Assist in maintaining practice equipment
- Assist veterinarian performing surgeries
- Assist veterinarians in any other assigned tasks
- Maintain cleanliness of surgery suite, treatment area, and exams rooms for all surfaces
- Support DEA compliance as it relates to the role
- Any other duties as assigned

Practice Manager

Experience in veterinary medicine is preferred, and a bachelor’s degree is required.
